Free Return Process

Email us at support@bucknbass.com to obtain your RMA Number. Please describe why you are returning the product and attach any photos if applicable.

A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is how we track your product return in our inventory system so we can process your refund or exchange as fast as possible.

Please ensure you write your RMA Number (e.g. RMA # xxxxxx) anywhere on the outside of the shipping box so that it can be easily seen by us when we receive your return shipment.

A Shipping Label is an address label that also contains information about our BUCK N' BASS account with our shipping carrier.  Our BUCK N' BASS return address is already printed on the label.

The costs for return shipping will be charged back to BUCK N' BASS by our shipping carrier so there is nothing for you to pay!

When you first received your product from us, there should have been a return Shipping Label included with your product. If you did not find one please email us at support@bucknbass.com and we will either email one for you to print, or post one out to you.

Affix the Shipping Label to the outside of the original box and re-seal with tape. You can also use your own shipping box.

Write your RMA Number (e.g. RMA # xxxxxx) anywhere on the outside of the shipping box that can be easily seen by us when we receive your return shipment.

For all Refunds and Exchanges, please keep the original packaging and tags from your purchase and send back to us with the product.

Refund or Exchange Process

That's right, it is as simple as it sounds! You can return the product for any reason within 90 days. Certain conditions apply:

Please ensure you return the product in new and unused condition along with the original packaging and tags that came inside the shipping box.

Our Fit Guarantee falls within the same policy as our 90 Days No Questions Asked for Unused Products.

The only difference is that under this Guarantee, we will pay for shipping back to you on your first sizing exchange.

Once we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the product to ensure that it is in new and unused condition, and has with it the original packaging and tags.

We will then immediately refund your credit card. How long the refund takes to appear on your credit card statement is dependent on your bank but it should usually appear between 3 to 5 days.

We will then immediately send out your replacement product. If applicable, we will either charge or refund your credit card for any price difference on the exchanged product.

Under our Fit Guarantee, we will pay for shipping on your first sizing exchange. You pay for shipping on subsequent sizing exchanges and all other types of exchanges.

Once your product return has been approved under Warranty, we will immediately exchange or repair the product.
