Returns Policy

As simple as it sounds: you can return the product for any reason within 30 days of your purchase and enjoy the convenience of fee return shipping.

Please ensure you return the product in new and unused condition along with the original packaging and tags that came inside the shipping box.

Used hats and t-shirts cannot be returned.

Free Shipping on all Returns for any Reason!

A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is how we track your product return in our inventory system so we can process your refund or exchange as fast as possible.

Email us at support@bucknbass.com to obtain your RMA Number. Please describe why you are returning the product and attach any photos that can help us better understand the issue you are facing with our product.

Please ensure you write your RMA Number (e.g. RMA # xxxxxx) anywhere on the outside of the shipping box so that it can be easily seen by us when we receive your return shipment.

A Shipping Label is a printed address label that includes information about our BUCK N' BASS account with our shipping carrier as well as the BUCK N' BASS return address.

The costs for return shipping will be charged back to BUCK N' BASS by our shipping carrier so there is nothing for you to pay!

When you first received your product from us, there should have been a return Shipping Label included with your product. If you did not find one please email us at support@bucknbass.com and we will either email one for you to print, or mail one out to you.

Affix the Shipping Label to the outside of the original box and re-seal with tape. You can also use your own shipping box.

Write your RMA Number (e.g. RMA # xxxxxx) anywhere on the outside of the shipping box that can be easily seen by us when we receive your return shipment.

For all Refunds and Exchanges, please keep the original packaging and tags from your purchase and send them back to us with the product.

We only use Fedex for product returns regardless of how it was was first shipped to you. There are 3 ways to get it to Fedex:

1. Call Fedex on 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 to arrange pickup from your location.

2. Schedule a pickup online:

3. Drop off to to your nearest Fedex location:

For customers outside of the USA, these instructions may vary by country so please refer to your local Fedex website.

Refund and Exchange Process

Follow the "Free Returns Procedure" described above.

Once we receive your returned product, refunds will be processed automatically back on the credit card used to pay for the original order. How long the refund takes to appear on your card statement is dependent on your bank but it should usually appear between 3 to 5 days.

Once we receive your returned product, we will promptly process your exchange and ship the new product out to you free of charge.

If you are exchanging for a different product, we will refund/charge you for the difference as the case may be.

Warranty Process

Please notify us immediately of any problems with the performance of your product. It is important that you attach clear photographs that demonstrate what the issues are.

We will investigate the problem and work closely with you to agree on whether a repair, exchange or refund is the best course of action.

Follow the "Free Returns Procedure" described above.

Once we receive your returned product, we will promptly process your return or exchange as described above under the "Refund and Exchange Process" section.

In the case of an exchange, if a replacement product has sold we can help you find a replacement product that will meet your need or offer a refund.

Once we receive your returned product, we will repair it to a like-new condition and ship it back to you free of charge.

Product Repair Service

At BUCK N' BASS we want to ensure that you get lasting value from your investment in our products. However, accidents do happen and for those instances, we offer a full repair service. Not all damage can be returned to a like-new condition and this will need to be assessed on a case by case basis.
