Once you check out from our online store, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email that includes the tracking number for your shipment. Please contact us if you did not receive, or have lost your confirmation, and need a copy emailed to you.

We aim to ship your order same day or next business day.

The status of your order can be checked on clicking on View your Order in the confirmation email; or by logging in to Your Account on our website.

We cannot guarantee we can cancel your order before it ships because of our fast fulfillment process. Please call us immediately if you need to cancel your order on 1-833-BUKNBAS (285-6227). If your order has already shipped, then please follow our free returns process once you receive it.

International Orders

Yes free shipping and returns also apply to our international customers! Your order will be shipped by air by UPS and you will receive a tracking number.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQ

For small casual wear orders: your order should arrive in 2-3 business days anywhere in the United States. Delivery is by United States Postal Service.

For technical wear or other large orders: your order should arrive in 1-2 business days anywhere in the United States. Delivery is by your choice of either UPS or Fedex.

Please allow more time for international orders. Delivery is by UPS.

Yes, all orders are shipped insured.

We cannot guarantee we can cancel your shipping address before it ships because of our fast fulfillment process. Please call us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order on 1-833-BUKNBAS (285-6227).

Items cannot be added to an order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout and payment process. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order online.

Yes, we ship to post office boxes. 

Yes, we will ship to a military base address. Please note this means visibility will be reduced on your tracking information.

We do not ship to multiple addresses. Each individual order can only ship to a single address.

If you wish to send several items to different addresses, then a new order must be completed for each individual destination.

Yes. The shipping address can be different from the billing address.

Yes, our order fulfillment operations do not work on Federal holidays and some major State holidays.

The packaging method will be determined by the product and number of products on your order. We take great care when packaging our products to ensure that all items arrive undamaged to their shipping destinations.
