Seam repairs, zipper replacements, DWR re-treatment, and general wear repairs are all assessed on a case-by-case basis. Products within their practical life and showing manufacturing defects are covered at no charge.
We aim to assess and complete repairs within 2–4 weeks of receiving your item. We cover return shipping on all warranty repairs.
